Welcome to Fyntl AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Fyntl”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fyntl website, platform, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using Fyntl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
A Simple Summary
- Your business data always belongs to you.
- You are responsible for the information you upload to Fyntl.
- Fyntl helps automate financial work, but you remain responsible for your business decisions.
- AI-generated responses should always be reviewed before acting on them.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription based on your plan.
- We work hard to provide a secure and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and all activities carried out through your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Business Data & AI Outputs
Your Business Data remains your property. Fyntl includes AI-powered capabilities to help automate tasks and understand data. You remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs and making final financial, accounting, tax, legal, and business decisions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities, upload malware, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with security systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. We may revise pricing with reasonable prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fyntl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Fyntl during the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by law.
