This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs the cancellation of subscriptions and refund requests for services provided by Fyntl AI (Sangrah Innovations Pvt. Ltd.).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Fyntl AI subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to your billing dashboard within the application or contact our support team at support@fyntl.ai.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to Fyntl AI services during this time, and no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services.

However, refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical errors: Double charging or billing system malfunctions where you were charged incorrectly.
• Service unavailability: If the service experiences significant prolonged downtime that prevents access, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable period.

Refund Processing

Approved refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment source used at the time of purchase.
